Do you ever struggle to balance staying productive, living a full life, and leaving time to think and reflect in the limited time you have?
In this video, Tim Ferriss, author of the self-help classic The Four-Hour Work Week, talks about how to integrate being artistically creative, getting work done and setting time aside for important thinking and self-reflection in your day-to-day life.
Ferriss does an excellent job of explaining how structure and forward planning can be used to help you get more out of life and achieve your goals. Unfortunately there is a reference early on to “spiritual transcendence”, but this sidestep into mysticism doesn’t come up again after that and you can easily substitute it with rational reflection on your values and goals in life.
